Designed by Yvette “Yvy” Salas, instructor and occupational therapist, Move On Track incorporates fun cardiovascular conditioning geared for kids and families through dance, song, play, fitness and games.

This class is a sensory-packed social group fitness class that will empower young minds while fueling their bodies. So come get moving with your groovy little humans!

Fundamental Point: The benefits of moving are endless - Improving coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, spatial awareness and positive body image, the power to manage stress, self-control, athletic performance, overall well-being and encourage a positive mindset.
